# Wire waivers to the bid_changelog audit trail

`waivers` bid amounts and priorities are mutated in place, so no one can answer what a claim was at time T. `bid_changelog` already serves restricted free agency (1,325 rows, all `restricted_free_agency`, on 2026-09-30) and `libs-server/record-bid-change.mjs` already resolves `waiver`.
