## Problem

`nfl-plays-game-coverage` grades on `status like 'FINAL%'`, so a completed game whose `status` is NULL is silently excluded rather than reported as ungraded. Stamping all 65 rows of 2013 preseason recovered a whole season of coverage; what remains is the long tail of individual rows.

2026 REG is the unplayed current season and is not a defect — a scheduled game legitimately has no terminal status. The seven rows above it are the work.

Note the two PRO rows are Pro Bowls, and each is the whole block; the completed close-out named 2017-2019 PRE, 2020 PRO and 2022 POST/REG and missed 2013 PRO.

## Plan

- [ ] Confirm each of the seven games actually completed before stamping anything — read its scores and its play rows, the way the 2013 preseason block was checked before being stamped. A Pro Bowl may legitimately differ in shape from a regular game.
- [ ] Stamp the confirmed rows FINAL through an adhoc file under `db/adhoc/`, with a post-condition asserting the NULL-status count for completed seasons reaches zero.
- [ ] Measure the coverage delta the stamping produces, and run a control that shows the measurement can move.
- [ ] Add a gate that fails when a game in a COMPLETED season carries a NULL status, so the next straggler surfaces on its own rather than waiting for an unrelated investigation. Scope it to exclude the in-progress and future seasons, and validate it against one of these seven before they are stamped — otherwise it is a green that has never been shown able to go red.
