Found 2026-11-02 while building [[█████████████████████-███-███-██-███████████-██████████]]: the website shipped notice says a change "is now live on xo.football" before it is. `implement_once` in `extension/contribution/implement-advanced-contributions.mjs` mirrors `shipped_mirror_for(task)` when the commit reaches master, before the deploy, so the submitter reads "now live" (and, when the task names one, a See it live link) ahead of the page. The Discord notice already waits for a production build newer than `finished_at` (`find_due_notices`); the website notice should wait the same way.
