- [ ] **Stop coercing 0/false/empty to ` ` in the export resolver**
  - File: `repository/active/react-table/src/table-menu/table-menu.js`
  - Changes: in `get_cell_value` (~line 211) replace the `row[...] || row[...] || ` " fallback chain with `??`; fix the row-axis clipboard path (~line 339) `row[row_axis] || ` to `?? `.
  - Verify: CSV/clipboard export of a genuine `0` yields `0`, not empty.

- [ ] **Publish + bump the league pin** (no verify — mechanical; coordinate with any other in-flight react-table change to avoid pin churn).
