## Problem

Sleeper Chopped leagues (type 3) eliminate the lowest scorer each week and serve no head-to-head pairings. [[██████████████████████-████████-██████-██████-█████████-███████-█████████]] declares such a season `regular_season_format_kind = 'elimination'`. The standings kernel (`libs-shared/calculate-standings.mjs`, which reads only scored matchups) then writes points and All Play, with no record, division finish or seeding; it returns early in its `is_elimination` branch. Lid 124 is the one live case.

## Target

Rank an elimination season's teams by elimination week (survivors by points), as Sleeper does, and write `regular_season_finish` and `overall_finish` from it. The finish belongs in that `is_elimination` branch, from scores the kernel already holds. The source of elimination order is unverified: Sleeper roster settings, the per-week lowest score, or the `CHOPPED` transactions the import drops today (see observations).
