title: Raise Pinnacle and BetMGM market-type coverage

Pinnacle resolves market_type on 5.8 percent of its markets and BetMGM on 12.9 percent, both
against mappers that exist, so the gap is missing cases rather than a missing module.

## Background

Measured 2026-09-03: Pinnacle is 94.2 percent unmapped and BetMGM 87.1 percent. Both have mappers, so unlike BetRivers this is a matter of adding cases and, where the taxonomy genuinely lacks a shape, deciding whether to coin one.

Split by book before concluding anything here. DraftKings and Pinnacle sit at opposite ends of nearly every measurement in this domain, and Pinnacle additionally encodes a line into 476,767 of its market ids.

## Plan

- [ ] Bucket each book's unmapped markets by product name, as the DraftKings analysis did, and separate the modelable from the out-of-scope
- [ ] Map everything whose market type is already declared, coining nothing
- [ ] Rule explicitly on the remainder, and seed the ruled-out ids into a known-unmapped set per book
- [ ] Wire both collector arms and the importer signal for each book
