Fix the missing DST matchup value in the lineup decision context.

## Plan

- [x] Add `'DST'` to `MATCHUP_POSITIONS` in `libs-server/load-lineup-matchup-outlook.mjs` so `defense.points_allowed.DST` is computed.
- [x] Extend `test/libs-server.load-lineup-matchup-outlook.spec.mjs` with a DST points-allowed case (data already seeds only a WR; add a DST scorer row or assert the DST measure against a seeded DST gamelog).
- [x] Run `yarn test:isolated` for the extended spec and confirm it passes.
- [x] Commit the one-line change plus spec in one coherent unit.
