title: Fill the 2026 Seattle offensive play caller in nfl_game_coaches
type: task
status: planned
description: >-
  All 17 SEA 2026 rows in nfl_game_coaches carry a null offense_play_caller_id, the only team with
  the gap, so the pricing kit's level check and query-game-sample caller cuts skip every SEA
  central. Fill it from the content feed and add a registry check for a null caller.

## Context

Friction signal 136699: `pricing-kit.py file-assessments` for SEA 2026 warned "no play caller on record for SEA", so every SEA central went unchecked against the regime median (Darnold passing yards sat 20 percent under it, found by hand). Commit 234766edb0 lets a lane pass `--caller`/`--pool`, but the root cause is data: `nfl_game_coaches` has `offense_play_caller_id` null on all 17 SEA 2026 games, and on no other team's.

## Plan

- [ ] Confirm the 2026 SEA offensive play caller from the content feed (coordinator and who calls plays), per the play-caller sourcing rule in `█████████████████████████████████████████████`.
- [ ] Find why the ingest left SEA null (`repository/active/league`, the job writing `nfl_game_coaches`) and fix the source, or add the override the ingest reads.
- [ ] Backfill the 17 rows and confirm `nfl_games` home/away_play_caller for SEA follows.
- [ ] Add a check to the private data-check registry that fails on a current-season `nfl_game_coaches` row with a null `offense_play_caller_id`.

```sql
select nfl_team, count(*) from nfl_game_coaches
where nflverse_game_id like '2026%' and offense_play_caller_id is null group by 1;
```

## Done when

The query returns no rows, and `pricing-kit.py file-assessments` on a SEA game runs the level check without `--caller`.
