title: Remove the dead year_select / year_coalesce_args path
type: task
status: completed
description: >-
year_coalesce_args is write-only, so year_select computes a value that is discarded across
libs-server/get-data-view-results.mjs and three column-definition files. Remove the dead path, or
make it param-aware if it is ever revived.
