Add a position-rank delta row to the trade analysis panel showing how each team's post-trade roster ranks at each affected position relative to the league.

## Existing infrastructure

- `trade-team-summary` already shows aggregate value/salary/points deltas (`app/views/components/trade-team-summary/trade-team-summary.js`).
- Per-team positional value feeds `dashboard-league-positional-value`.

## Implementation sketch

- For each position involved in the trade, compute pre-/post-trade positional value rank across the league for both teams.
- Surface as a per-position delta row in the trade analysis panel.
