Identified during 2025 season close-out (pre-Phase 6). When importing POST play data, the script fetches all games for the given week number including REG games that are already cached. The sister script import-games-sportradar.mjs already has --seas-type POST support (added during this close-out). Apply the same pattern to import-plays-sportradar.mjs to filter the game query by seas_type.
