Add a curated "Rest-of-Season Pickups" data-view preset that filters players to free agents and ranks them by `player_rest_of_season_projected_points_added`. The underlying ROS columns and `SEASON_PROJECTIONS` preset already exist; the missing piece is the curated FA-filtered preset surface.

## Existing infrastructure

- `player_rest_of_season_projected_points_added` and `player_rest_of_season_projected_points` already defined in `app/core/data-views-fields/projected-table-fields.js`.
- Included in the existing `SEASON_PROJECTIONS` default view in `app/core/data-views/default-data-views.js`.
- Accessible via `players-view-manager`.

## Implementation sketch

- Add `ROS_PICKUPS` entry to `default-data-views.js` mirroring `SEASON_PROJECTIONS` but with availability-filter set to free agents and sort by `player_rest_of_season_projected_points_added`.
