For a given player, surface the list of other teams in the league for whom that player would currently add starter points -- teams where inserting the player into the lineup would crack the starting roster and improve the projected score.

Use cases:

- Free agent / waiver evaluation: which teams have positional weakness this FA addresses? Helps anticipate bid competition.
- Trade outlook for your own player: which teams would gain starter value by acquiring your bench / spare-position player? Helps target trade partners.

## Implementation sketch

- New selector under `app/core/players/selectors.js` (or a dedicated module): for a given `player_id`, iterate ██████ █████ excluding the player's current owner, compute the projected starter-points delta of inserting the player into each team's optimal lineup, return teams with delta above a threshold sorted by delta.
- The lineup-optimization math already exists at `app/core/auction/sagas.js:19-118` (`optimize()` saga uses `market_salary` and `availableCap`) and at the seasonal projection level. Reuse the same starter-slot-fill logic with the candidate player swapped in.
- UI: new section in `selected-player` (`app/views/components/selected-player/`) listing interested teams with their delta values; collapsible.

## Open questions

- Threshold for inclusion: include only positive deltas, or show top N teams regardless?
- Should the calculation use rest-of-season projections (most actionable in-season), full-season projections (preseason / FA), or both with a toggle?
- Visual treatment for the user's own team -- exclude entirely, or include for self-reference at the top?
