league, and bench depth drafted by position, so users can track league-wide draft progress at a

The current auction UI lacks at-a-glance summaries of league-wide draft progress. Useful views are missing for tracking which positions and tiers remain available across all teams.

## Scope

- Players-left-by-tier view: count of remaining un-rostered players grouped by tier (e.g. tier-1 RB, tier-2 RB, etc.) using existing tier classification.
- Starters-drafted-by-position view: per-position table showing how many starter slots have been filled across all teams (e.g. "QB: 8/12 starters drafted, 4 still needed across the league").
- Bench-depth-by-position view: same shape for bench slots so users can see which positions are running thin in the late draft.

## Implementation sketch

- New components under `app/views/components/auction-progress-*` or extend `app/views/components/auction-league-stats/` (which already aggregates league-wide cap stats).
- Selectors alongside the existing `get_auction_info_for_position` in `app/core/selectors.js` (`:276`) and roster constants. There is no `app/core/auction/selectors.js` — the auction module carries only `actions.js`, `index.js`, `reducer.js` and `sagas.js`.
- Data already available via `players` Immutable map plus `rosters_players` state.

## Out of scope

- "Value left below target players" was part of the source brainstorm but the phrasing was ambiguous (per-target value delta vs. user budget vs. league market value remaining); track separately if a clear interpretation surfaces.
