Add a scheduled job that verifies each team's starting lineup complies with positional and roster-slot rules, flagging or auto-correcting violations (empty slots, ineligible players, over-roster-limit conditions).

## Existing infrastructure

- `generate-rosters.mjs` and manual roster management exist.
- No scheduled enforcement job in `jobs/` or `scripts/` validates active lineup compliance.

## Implementation sketch

- Scheduled job (cron-style) that walks each league's active rosters and checks slot eligibility.
- Surface violations to commissioner via existing notification channels and/or a status page.
- Decide policy: warn-only vs. auto-correct.
